Terms of Service

01Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you create an account you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times, and keep it that way. You may not create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or fees.

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

02Our Role as a Marketplace

LiquidBoosts is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers offering game accounts and in-game items. Sellers are not our employees, agents, or partners; each sale is a transaction between the buyer and the seller, with LiquidBoosts providing the platform, payment collection, and support tooling around it.

We review seller access and may remove listings, suspend sellers, or cancel transactions at our discretion — particularly where we suspect fraud, misdescription, or a violation of these Terms — but we do not guarantee any listing's accuracy and are not the seller of the goods unless explicitly stated.

03Purchases & Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe); by completing a purchase you authorize the corresponding charge. We do not receive or store your full card details.

An order is confirmed when the payment settles. Store credit on your LiquidBoosts account may fund part or all of a purchase. We may cancel and refund an order — automatically or manually — where an item sells out while payment is completing, where a payment is duplicated, or where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.

04Delivery & Confirming Receipt

Depending on the listing, delivery is either instant (credentials or goods are made available immediately after payment) or manual (the seller delivers within the listing's stated timeframe). Review your purchase promptly and confirm delivery once you have received what you paid for; confirming delivery completes the order.

Credentials delivered to you are confidential. After receiving an account, promptly change its password and secure it where the game permits. If something is wrong with a delivery, contact support before confirming — see the Refund Policy for what is covered.

05Account Security After Purchase

When you buy an account, securing it promptly is your responsibility. As soon as an account is delivered you should change the game and email passwords, enable two-factor authentication where available, and update recovery details to your own where the game allows. Never share delivered credentials with anyone. If an account is compromised because it was not secured, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

06Refunds

All sales are final once a purchase has been delivered and accepted. Before that point you are protected: an order that cannot be fulfilled is refunded automatically and in full, and a delivery that is missing, invalid, or materially not as described is eligible for a refund.

Eligible refunds are issued to your LiquidBoosts store credit by default — instantly and ready to spend — with refunds to your original payment method available on request. 07Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, you agree to resolve it through the seller and our support before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback on a purchase you received as described is a breach of these Terms and is treated as fraud: we respond to disputes with transaction and delivery evidence, and may suspend your account and withhold related seller earnings while we investigate.

08Store Credit

Store credit is a balance on your LiquidBoosts account that can be spent at checkout. It may be issued as a refund method or as goodwill. Store credit is not transferable, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash except where required by law, and may be adjusted or reversed where it was issued in error or obtained through fraud.

09Selling on LiquidBoosts

Selling requires approval. Sellers must own — or be fully authorized to sell — everything they list, describe listings accurately, and deliver what was sold. Platform fees are deducted from sale proceeds as disclosed in the seller dashboard.

Seller earnings are subject to a holding period (currently seven days) before they become available for payout, and remain subject to reversal where an order is refunded, charged back, or found fraudulent — including proportional clawback on partial refunds. Payout requests require accurate payout details, and we may require identity verification before releasing funds. Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility.

Once an account is sold and delivered, the seller permanently gives up all access to it. Recovering, reclaiming, or accessing a sold account is fraud: it results in immediate termination, forfeiture of pending earnings up to the harm caused, and may be referred to law enforcement.

10Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• use stolen payment methods, or engage in any form of payment fraud;
• sell accounts or items you do not own or that were obtained through compromise, phishing, or theft;
• recover, reclaim, or access an account after selling it;
• misrepresent a listing's contents, history, or status;
• take transactions off-platform to evade fees or protections, or solicit other users to do so;
• harass or abuse other users or staff, including in order chat;
• file bank disputes for purchases you received as described, without first contacting support;
• circumvent bans, suspensions, or technical limits, or interfere with the Service's operation;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

11Game Publishers

LiquidBoosts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. All game names, marks, and assets are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Buying or selling game accounts and items may violate the terms of service of the underlying game, and game publishers may suspend or ban accounts involved in such transfers. You acknowledge and accept this risk. You are responsible for your own compliance with any game terms that apply to you.

12Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LiquidBoosts and its licensors. By submitting listing content (titles, descriptions, images), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.

13Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Where a termination relates to fraud, we may withhold pending seller earnings reasonably connected to the conduct while we investigate. You may stop using the Service at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

14Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiquidBoosts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiquidBoosts and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your listings or purchases, or your violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights.

16Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in Oregon have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for thirty days. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver; if any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

17Changes to These Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least fifteen days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective means you agree to the revised Terms.
